**The Role**:
As a Sales Account Manager you will be primarily responsible for handling the relationship with our clients and also working on acquiring new clients for the business. You will be working hand in hand with our IT Technicians and project managers to properly quote and recommend products and services to prospective clients.

**Your success will be achieved by**:

- Develop Sales strategies and pursue new business opportunities within the Lower Mainland and BC.
- Recommend and provide the client with well-defined IT and technology solutions for their evolving business requirements to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Design and develop innovative solutions to client requirements
- Undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for usage across organizational functions and processes
- Engaging with Product management as the client advocate on product roadmap discussions
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Netdigix's service
- Drive revenues by managing the pre-sales technical process and evangelizing Netdigix's technology to existing clients and to drive new product and service offerings.
- Manage the Client technical proposal process and ensure that all technical information and recommendations addressing client requirements are accurate, properly defined and detailed.

- _ A positive personality and attitude, and an eagerness to learn and improve_
- _ High school diploma_
- _ Available to work onsite_
- _ Valid Driver's license and personal Vehicle to use for work purposes_
