Honda of Canada Mfg. has an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a passion for inspiring change while partnering with leadership throughout the organization The Performance Management & Succession Lead will report to the Organizational Development Group Leader. You will provide guidance and solutions on performance management, and succession planning activities. Be responsible for the delivery of multiple Human Resources programs and initiatives while partnering and driving the organizational change management that surrounds these programs.

**Salary: $85,000-$130,000.00 (DOE)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Guides and coaches’ management through people management elements of the business including performance management & succession.
- Build management's capabilities and effectiveness in managing employee relations issues through coaching and guidance.
- Develop high trust working relationships, as an advisor and key influencer to senior management for delivery of talent plans.
- Partner and consult on performance management discussions, coaching, talent development and organizational design.
- Establish appropriate HR solutions aligned with business needs and direction.
- Act as the liaison between the HR department and the business to ensure proper accountability of all people decisions.
- Support management team with compensation programs including merit, bonus, rewards & recognition, and promotions to support talent development through various programs.
- Support continuous development strategy for leaders and top talent.
**Position Requirements**:
- 4 year HR degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources or Continuous Improvement Experience with performance management
- Experience with talent management
- Proven ability to manage projects with multiple competing priorities
- Strong verbal and visual presentation skills
- Possess previous experience with HR tools and software
**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Assisted with the development and preparation of materials for HR educational sessions, workshops and communications.
- CHRP Designation
