The International Office RMD AMA must have very good multi-tasking and decision-making skills, in a fast paced and critical import office environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Generate, process and log paper entries for Canada Customs Clearance
- Monitor and follow up with customers to resolve Y-50 shipments within the designated time frame
- Work on cleared RTS

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Bilingual - English and French
- MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Key Entry skills
- Able to make accurate and timely decisions in a very fast paced environment
- Work in a responsible manner

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Work Hours Flexibility
- ISPSYS/OPSYS
