As we continue to grow, we are seeking a positive, confident and organized Project Coordinator to support the building process from start to finish and ensure our customer promises are fulfilled. in this role, you will be:

- Coordinating and supporting all aspects of projects, including schedules, resources, procurement, commissioning, budgets, tracking, and risk mitigation strategies
- Assisting with project layout and design processess from start to finish
- Maintaining clear communication and building relationships with clientele to ensure project satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Monitoring project progress, identify and address potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Assisting in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Attending site meetings as required with the site foreman to ensure project schedules and deadlines are followed and met
- Coordinating shop drawing packages, managing close-out procedures and packages
- Liaising with trades and reviewing drawings for potential project conflicts
- Supporting team to uphold and communicate team standards for site cleanliness
- Coordinating change management as required with the appropriate tracking and communication
- Maintaining a Google Calendar with recurring meetings to ensure regular rhythms and touchpoints with direct reports and sites; completing relevant touch point forms
- Ensuring all job site folders are up to date with current BOM, shop drawings, and site instructions

experience required
- 2 + years of previous experience working as a project coordinator, ideally in the construction and/or electrical industry is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to tackle tasks of any scale
- Aptitude for prioritizing and managing a high-volume workload, while staying focused on sound decision-making processes
- Confidence monitoring and controlling complex project budgets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong level of comfort and efficiency using computers and technology
