Quoi de plus excitant que de mettre votre empreinte sur certaines marques de mode les plus célèbres et les plus appréciées au monde? Nous recherchons un **Associé(e), Marchandisage **pour se joindre à notre équipe de Montréal, avec un contrat de 1 an, pour un remplacement de congé de maternité.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Tenir à jour les rapports hebdomadaires sur les ventes et les stocks par style afin d’aider à identifier les tendances des ventes, les possibilités et les plans d’action et s’assurer que les niveaux d’inventaires sont bien surveillés.
- Saisir les commandes des clients et fournir des mises à jour régulières de l’état des bons de commandes pour gérer le suivi nécessaire une fois que les commandes sont dans le système;
- S’associer à des divisions internes et à des collègues, y compris l’équipe des ventes, la production et les équipes de gestion des commandes des États-Unis, afin d’assurer la livraison rapide des marchandises;
- Communiquer avec les clients pour assurer le suivi des commandes, demander des modifications d’extension ou de commande si nécessaire.
- Coordonner la préparation de la salle d’exposition pour les rendez-vous avec les clients, y compris la création de feuilles de ligne, de photos et de tout autre outil de vente.
- Suivre et gérer les échantillons de la saison actuelle et passée et aider à suivre l’évolution actuelle de l’échantillon.
- Créez des paquets d’images de styles en inventaire à envoyer aux comptes.
- Aider aux tâches générales de bureau, y compris les fournitures, la réception / envoi de colis, le dépôt.

- Capacité de multitâche et de respecter les délais dans un environnement en évolution rapide;
- Axé sur les détails et méticuleux;
- Compétent dans Microsoft Office - en particulier Excel;
- L’expérience avec SAP un atout;
- 1-2 ans d’expérience de vente ou d’achat. Expérience et / ou de formation dans les vêtements en gros un plus.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain weekly sales and inventory reports by style to assist in identifying sales trends, potential opportunities / action plans and to ensure inventory levels are properly monitored.
- Enter customer orders and provide regular PO status updates to manage necessary follow-up once orders are in the system;
- Partner with internal divisions and colleagues including the US sales team, production, and order management teams to ensure timely delivery of goods;
- Communicate with customers to follow up on orders, request extension / order changes when necessary.
- Coordinate preparation of showroom for customer appointments including creation of line sheets, pictures and any other selling tools.
- Track and manage current and past season samples and help track current sample development.
