**Job Summary**:
The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for purchasing and coordination of all materials related to operations of the business. Coordinating and scheduling all the regular maintenance of equipment and vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ordering all materials for the operations of the business
- Costing all orders to the correct account numbers
- Processing and approving invoices
- Negotiating pricing with suppliers
- Price checking on a regular basis
- Ensuring the office and plant is always stocked with standard supplies
- Supervising and coordinating the maintenance on all the equipment and vehicles
- Picking up and delivering supplies to sites if required
- General deliveries
- All other duties and tasks that may be required for efficient business operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have the ability to maintain good working relationships with suppliers, employees, and industry professionals.
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure and be well organized.
- Good working knowledge of computers, microsoft office, excel, word etc...

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
