**TON RÔLE DANS NOTRE ÉQUIPE**:
Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees the team as well as the work carried out in the field. They are responsible for the compliance with quality standards of maintenance activities, as well as for the schedule. Their actions and decision-making must be consistent with the objectives of making the equipment more reliable, in compliance with OHS and environmental standards.

- Enforcing quality standards for all maintenance work;
- Promoting the use of problem-solving techniques;
- Actively participating in the planning and coordination of major shutdowns with the planner and the reliability specialist;
- Managing a team of direct reports: mechanic helpers, electromechanical technicians, building mechanics, and automation technicians;
- Overseeing shift changes and ensuring the proper communication of information between the teams;
- Acting as a leader in occupational health and safety as well as the environment.

**Your education**:

- Training in Mechanics or Industrial Maintenance (we are open to different training profiles).

**Your knowledge**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (or any other experience that may be relevant to the position);
- Mastery of French;
- Experience with Poka, Guide Ti, or other maintenance software (a major asset);
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (an asset).

**Your skills and abilities**:

- Problem solving skills;
- Ability to make unpopular decisions;
- Priority management;
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Your working conditions**:

- Work with various trades;
- Daytime schedules with occasional variations depending on the work deadlines and production emergencies;
- Available during scheduled shutdowns.
