Electromechanical Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Specialist to join our team as a Team Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of technicians to assign tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely completion of projects
• Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to develop and implement technical training programs for team members
• Inspect, adjust, repair, and install equipment and tooling according to drawings, specifications, and manufacturer's manuals
• Provide guidance to the maintenance planner on corrective and preventive maintenance schedules
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and promoting cleanliness in the workplace
• Act as a backup to the maintenance supervisor as needed

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience accepted
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance; leadership experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
