Maintenance Buyer

Our maintenance team is looking for a buyer to support the growth of our organization.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Ensure that part inspections are done according to established criteria and advise production supervisors when questions arise
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections and record data
- Carry out certain verifications of the parts inspected by the grinders and provide training as needed
- Ensure that inspection priorities are respected according to deliveries
- Support the quality team for any other mandate

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement in the field of maintenance, parts, mechanical, industrial
- Bilingualism, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of ERP and CMMS software
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel
- Promote teamwork
- Involvement and commitment
- Be proactive with internal and external clients
- Autonomy and initiative
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage priorities
- Tact and diplomacy
- Good planning, analysis, synthesis and problem solving skills
