**Responsibilities**
- Test and validate data sources, transformations, and calculations within technology risk dashboards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, dashboard performance, and user experience.
- Identify and document data lineage from source system to data model
- Work with data owners, domain owners and product owners to ensure data being provided aligns to reporting requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to highlight and report data inconsistencies, allowing users to review and provide feedback
- Determine the data mapping required to join multiple data sets together across multiple sources
- Lead and work closely with all stakeholders creating a strong culture of transparency and collaboration
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to support dashboard development and data analysis.
- Document processes, data sources, and technical solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.

**Must Haves**
- Five (5) or more experience working as a Data Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets and identify lineage.
- Knowledge of data modelling concepts and database design principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting data-related issues and optimizing dashboard performance.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that robust communication and escalation mechanisms are in place across project

**Technical capabilities**
- Ability to write SQL queries for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience using Tableau
- Data analysis, data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality assessment.
- Understanding of relational databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes.

**Nice to Haves**

We are also looking for individuals who demonstrate the following traits:

- Familiarity with technology risk management in financial services.
- Certifications in SQL, Tableau, or related data analytics disciplines.
- Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Experience working with Agile methodology tools - Jira and Confluence.
- Analyzing results of technology Key Risk Indicators.
