**You as an Assistant Manager, People & Culture will**:

- End to end employee lifecycle management including recruitment, compensation review, performance management, inclusive diversity programming, new hire orientation and more
- Provide top tier support to operations by proactively collaborating with and coaching business leaders on all employee relations matters
- Maintain employee data and digital employee files within our HRIS with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality (Ex. Salary changes, resignations, leaves of absence, transfers etc.)
- Work alongside a P&C Coordinator as you support the business, providing them with mentorship, learning opportunities and exposure to grow their career in HR and at EllisDon
- Lead and develop initiatives of different scopes (Ex. Employee Engagement Survey, Semi Annual Performance Reviews, DEI) and have a creative approach to execution and problem solving

**Is this the right role for you?**
- 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources/People & Culture
- Degree or Post Grad Certification in Human Resources is preferred
- Experience with HRIS (preferably WorkDay) is an asset
- Experience in Labour Relations and supporting Unionized employees is an asset
