**Responsibilities**:

- Administering a diverse infrastructure comprised of physical, virtual, and Azure hosted servers, apps, and services
- Responsible for domain and SSL certificate management
- Perform overall management of the M365 security infrastructure: Identity and Access Management, Secure certificate management/renewal, end-point protection, vulnerability remediation.
- Carrying out daily maintenance and administration of Active Directory, M365, SAN storage, and VPN
- Monitoring and maintaining backup solutions and strategies
- Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving complex and varied infrastructure support requests
- Configuring, deploying, and maintaining networking equipment in both SNDL’s corporate and retail locations
- Review and resolve tickets assigned to the Technical Services team in the companies ticketing system, while adhering to the company’s internal SLA requirements
- Creating, maintaining, or provide input for the hardware images used in the office and in the field
- Act as a tier 2/3 resource for SNDL Service Desk team
- Participate in project planning and implementations
- Create and maintain Azure test environments for SNDL’s on-prem development team
- Create and maintain infrastructure and support documentation
- University or Technical college certification
- Effective communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Must be able to learn quickly and retain gathered knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- At least 3 years of experience in cloud architecture (SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS) assessments and migrations to transform technical architectures
- Possess a solid practical knowledge and understanding of networking equipment, concepts, and protocols (Cisco and Meraki)
- Be familiar with mobile device management via Intune
- Solid hands-on experience with O365 and Active directory
- Knowledge and experience with SQL server administration
- Experience with server virtualization, AWS, Azure, and/or VMware/ESXi
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Batch) would be an asset
- Capable of working in a face pace and diverse environment
- Experience in Dynamics 365 in a support and/or deployment capacity
- Familiar with SQL scripting, server and/or database administration

**Salary**: $49,736.47-$89,573.00 per year
