Invoicing Clerk

We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers, and we’re seeking a meticulous and efficient Invoicing Clerk to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy of our invoicing process and the seamless transition of orders through to our CommerceHub platform.
As an Invoicing Clerk, you will be responsible for processing completed picking slips, creating accurate invoices, and pushing them to CommerceHub for order finalization. Your role requires close attention to detail, a strong grasp of invoicing software, and an ability to meet daily deadlines. You will work collaboratively with our warehouse and accounting teams to ensure all orders are invoiced promptly and correctly, enabling smooth and timely order fulfillment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Process Picking Slips**: Review completed picking slips to verify order details, ensuring accuracy before creating invoices.
- **Invoice Generation**: Use our invoicing system to generate invoices from processed picking slips, verifying that all quantities, product details, and pricing are correct.
- **CommerceHub Integration**: Push completed invoices to CommerceHub, ensuring the seamless transfer of order data to meet fulfillment requirements.
- **Order Review and Follow-Up**: Regularly review orders for accuracy and follow up with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of processed invoices, updating relevant databases, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible.
- **Customer Support Assistance**: Assist the customer service and accounting teams with invoice-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an invoicing, accounting, or data entry role, preferably in a warehouse or e-commerce environment.
- Strong familiarity with invoicing software and experience in CommerceHub or similar platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with warehouse, accounting, and customer service teams.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
