**Job Description: Instructor for E-Business Development Engineering (Digital Marketing)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and administer assessments, assignments, and evaluations to measure student progress and knowledge retention.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their academic and personal development.
- Facilitate practical training sessions, simulations, and fieldwork experiences to prepare students for real-world community service work.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to community service work to ensure curriculum relevance and currency.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors, program coordinators, and support staff to enhance the overall student learning experience.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that values diversity and encourages active participation.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students, both academically and in their career aspirations within the community service sector.

**Qualifications**:

- **A Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in either Digital Marketing or Web Development or Web Designing or Computer Programming or any other related field.**

**OR**
- **3 years of practical experience in end-to-end digital marketing including, but not limited to, web development, web design, basics of SEO, database management et al.**:

- Teaching or training experience, preferably in a post-secondary educational setting, with a demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, ethical standards, and best practices within the community service field.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes, including learning management systems and multimedia tools.
- A commitment to staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M4A 2V6
