**About this opportunity**:
We are looking for a structured, organized, detailed oriented software release coordinator to play the role of Product Configuration Manager for Ericsson’s established products in BOS domain.

This position is primarily a co-ordination role with a major focus on attention to details and involves working with multiple stakeholders, coordinating with product development & test teams and secure release of GA software via Ericsson’s release handling/management tools.

**What you will do**:
In this role, you will be responsible for product handling towards the release activities for the product development unit and handling the life cycle of third-party software used in the product release.
- Maintain the product structures and control the content of the product archives
- Interact with all stakeholders and gather inputs for the appropriate release activity
- Upload the software package for all releases to Software Gateway
- Send GOLS message for releases and the product security vulnerabilities as required
- Maintain SharePoint PLM page with SW result information for every release
- Ensure Product Release activities are followed, ex. PRIM (metadata) updates of the CIs.
- Portfolio & Commerce Webpage: Posting & updating the commercial documents for GA releases
- Portfolio Bulletins: Preparing & publishing the portfolio bulletins for every release
- Prepare the Release Notes for every release
- Update MHWeb (Defect management tool) with the correct product version information for raising defects/TRs and perform access control for MHWEB
- Update Lighthouse tool and maintain the 3DX tool for the Supply Structures to support Product management
- Manage the life cycle of third party software used in a product release
- Create/be responsible for the Product Packaging Info documents - Product Specification, Purchase Description, Export Control Classification, FOSS evaluation, TK-input.
- Ensure required 3PP related directives, processes, trade compliance, standard methodologies and recommendations are followed
- Drive that project decisions, assessments, are taken with consequences known (technical, legal/commercial, business) with regards to 3PP
- Use of standard Ericsson processes, procedures, tools as well as third party tools, where applicable for carrying out the assigned functions.

**You will bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in software delivery/release handling
- Knowledge of various tools used in Product Configuration Management (or similar field) or ability/eagerness to learn the same
- Proficient with MS-Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Software development model and knowledge (high level)
- Basic scripting (UNIX etc) knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience handling PCM role for BSS products is a definitive advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly developed administrative skills, good attitude, interpersonal skills must be a team player.
- Be a self-starter and able to work independently.
- Ability to perform in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment.
