Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Communications, Innovarium, and working under the joint direction of the Innovarium (Innovation Ecosystem) team, the Innovarium Coordinator supports the work of Providence’s innovation teams, ensuring projects are started and move forward and keep stakeholders regularly informed of progress.

This role is importantly focused on the gathering and reporting of key activities, open action items, tracking metrics, and supporting the presentation of how Innovarium is progressing to internal and external audiences.

Qualifications / Skills and Education:
QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Training and Experience

Completion of a university degree and/or designation in a related field such as project management or communications, plus three (3) to five (5) years experience in project management, executive administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of health care delivery systems in primary, acute, and community settings.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment, and the flexibility to learn and meet changing needs while remaining focused on long-term goals.
- Demonstrated ability with CRM and project management systems such as Hubspot, Trello, SharePoint, Asana.
- Ability to think creatively and use research and analytic skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management and ability to complete multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with proven ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability in copy-editing, proofreading and preparing content for publications, documents, reports, and communication materials for mass distribution.
- Proficiency in event planning, coordination, and facilitation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supports the Innovarium team achieve its Objectives and Key Results, by monitoring the teams work plan, tracking the status of tasks, recording and distributing notes and actions from meetings.

2. Assists in the preparation of documents, reports and presentations required by the Innovarium team.

3. Supports the collection and response to all Innovarium related inquires.

5. Maintain lists of funding, awards, events and other opportunities that are available, ensuring the team is aware of these and flag the team on deadlines.

6. Manage and maintain up-to-date reporting in Innovarium’s CRM system and is the power user of the group, supporting development and training on the system.

7. Maintain up-to-date information - lists, info, links, etc - on digital channels and website.

8. Planning, coordinating and administration of events and program rollouts, and materials for these.

9. Monitors previously approved budgets for Innovarium.

10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
