We are looking for a passionate and creative individual with strong communication skills to join our team and bring our brand vision to life

**We are looking for someone who absolutely understands the retail space and is committed to**:

- Building sales and supporting the GARDENWORKS brand by providing outstanding service to our guests
- Understanding the GARDENWORKS brand vision and developing a merchandising strategy that is reflective of this
- Maintaining an effective store structure, floor plan, and appropriate fixture usage
- Researching current trends and ensure designs appeal to our target demographic, inspiring our guests in their indoor and outdoor spaces
- Receiving of incoming shipments and placement of new product on the sales floor
- Working with the Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure seasonal merchandising flips and launches align with company vision & directives
- Providing training and ongoing coaching for the store team on visual merchandising guidelines & housekeeping standards
- Open to working in various departments, supporting the store and team where needed

**Is this you?**
- A strong passion for providing an outstanding & memorable guest experience
- A creative ability to visually showcase plants and products in an attractive presentation that inspires our guests
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or visual role, with a strong understanding of design principals
- Strong organization skills are self-directed, and you work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to effectively manage projects and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and holidays as seasonal peaks require, including store opening and closing responsibilities
- This job requires extended periods of walking and standing, as well as the ability to lift 50lbs and work in various weather conditions and environments
- You love working & collaborating within a team environment, as well as independently
