We’re building a clinical aesthetics team to perform chemical peels, facials, microneedling, and laser treatments as well as introduce clients to our clinical skincare and cosmetic products. You’ll also be supporting Permanent Makeup services assisting with room changes, numbing, and client consultations. Pitching in with reception tasks are an important part of the day.

This service role will focus on you quickly getting up to speed on AlumierMD treatment protocols, AlumierMD, and Colorescience lines, and using clinic technology.

What are the responsibilities of a Clinical Aesthetician?

In this role you will need to:

- Provide aesthetic services (e.g. Chemical Peels, Laser skin services, Facials, Microneedling, laser tattoo removal and more).
- Ensure that all services begin and end according to their scheduled times, and deliver world-class service while managing client expectations.
- Direct clients to the appropriate treatment room, and make them familiar with the facility.
- Accurately review, document, and update client charts in preparation and at the completion of each service.
- Upsell and cross-sell to ensure clients access the best-fit skincare products and services.
- Maintain equipment and service areas according to public health and IPAC guidelines.
- Assist clients with scheduling, or rescheduling their appointments.
- Support the clinic in its events.
- Meet a modest daily sales goal.

What are the role requirements?
- A background in medical aesthetics. You have read and understand the O. Reg 136/18 Personal Service Settings, and Ontario Infection Prevention and Control Best Practices.
- Good interpersonal skills, and are able to communicate well and work with people across different levels.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize according to situations.
- Pleasant, professional disposition and energy to thrive in an upmarket clinical environment.
- A high level of professionalism and care in personal presentation.
- Committed, reliable, and takes pride in their work.
- The ability to maintain composure; calm in stressful situations, enthusiastic in scenarios requiring inspiration.

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
