As Business Analyst, you will work in a cross-functional team to empower change and drive efficiencies across a Global organization of over 300 employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with internal projects such as: process improvement initiatives, analysis on vendor selection, integration into CRM (HubSpot, and future state Salesforce), recommendation on partnership opportunities
- Provide ongoing recommendations for improvement illustrating qualitative and quantitative reasoning (return on investment)
- Leading execution of internal projects and other ad hoc analysis tasks as needed
- Completing analysis in Excel comparing different alternatives against acceptance criteria
- Initiate Market research for Products in the Municipal space
- Supervising and documenting processes and important metrics
- Update CRM records in HubSpot matching it against the Contracts Register, Product / Project / Finance systems and Contract project filing
- Complete audits of system data in excel providing variance and exception reporting and then actioning the correction after review
- Support the Contract, Project Management and Product teams with ad-hoc
- Support the Project Management team to ensure projects are properly set up to reflect the various products

**Technical Skills and Experience**:

- Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in any Computer Science, Business Administration or related course
- Experience through Co-op terms in related area of Business Analysis or Project Coordination or related
- Demonstrates strong discernment
- Possesses attention to detail in order to spot gaps in processes and systems+
- Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, V-loop up, etc), VBA is a bonus but not required
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written—to present findings and recommendations
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team
- Good analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities
- Exhibit good organizational and time management abilities
