Bank Delivery team is seeking Systems Analyst to join one of our Squads. The Squad is accountable for completing analysis on medium to large sized projects primarily focused on our advisor and broker channels. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to elicit, understand business needs. You will contribute and make recommendations to create and deepen user stories to solve problem statements the team faces. The role adheres to Manulife methodologies in translating the needs of the business into IS solution requirements/stories. Your positive approach, ability to be flexible to shifting priorities and creativity rooted in analysis will help you navigate this exciting and growing business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with business partners to analyze complex problems, and understand business goals and objectives
- Execute complex analysis, identify root cause of problems and contribute to development of solutions
- Work with the product owner and Scrum team to deliver business objectives into Epics, Features, and detailed User Stories
- Work with various teams (business, internal and external systems teams) to ensure that solutions are produced in accordance with the business requirements and are effectively validated within project deadlines
- Produce high quality user stories and acceptance criteria which support the technical and business requirements
- Consult with management on project and/or business needs, opportunities and operational effectiveness
- Successfully manage competing priorities and navigate within ambiguity
- Prepare, maintain and update procedures, process, and specification documents
- Further develop analytical capability in department, and contribute to advancements and innovations within the practice
- Support testing and validate that our system solutions meet the business requirements.

**Experience**:

- 2 - 3+ years working experience, working as a Technology business analyst preferably in financial services supporting medium to large size projects
- Thorough knowledge of system design and of the various stages and techniques used in the analysis and testing process (eg. planning, stakeholder analysis, modeling, specification, UX design, UAT support, Training support, project communication, etc.)
- Proven track record working as part of an Agile team where responsibilities include the planning and delivery of user stories in an Agile SCRUM environment
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate and partner in a team environment with geographically dispersed Business stakeholders and peers
- Ability to successfully support analysis activity on multiple initiatives in parallel.
