**As part of this position, you will be accountable for**:

- Deliver the Danone PICOS - Picture of Success
- execution plans to ensure compliance and identify sales opportunities with customers
- Build strong mutually beneficial relationships and be able to maintain a strong business focus and shopper understanding.
- Proactively manage and negotiate product distribution, space, visibility on display and on the shelves.
- Interpret point of sales (POS) dollars and units’ data as well as market shares to identify opportunities
- Negotiate merchandising tools placement and refrigerated units.
- Conduct business reviews with customers and influence inventory management with pre-orders in store
- Be creative, think outside the box and be a team player who is not afraid to share and learn from others.
- Plan, prioritize and organize your own work and monitor progress vs target to ensure objectives are delivered on time and in full
- Working in collaboration with a merchandiser
- Cover your territory effectively

About you
- University degree in business administration or another relevant field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a sales representative or relevant role
- Bilingualism in French and English required
- Interest in the consumer goods market
- Communication, customer focus, and problem solving
- Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities
- Agility, positive attitude, respect for the work ethic
- Working knowledge of sales techniques and ability to persuade with facts and figures
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, especially Excel)
- Resides in the assigned territory (South Shore of Montreal)
- Possesses a valid driver’s licence
