**Blooming World** has 2 locations: our beautiful town Invermere on the Lake and the amazing village of Radium Hot Springs. Our vision at Blooming World is to provide the highest quality guest experience in a fun, good teamwork and unique environment. We are not another corporate cannabis shop; we are extremely passionate about cannabis, and we treat our team like a family.

**Customer service is our priority, we do require customer service experience (minimum 3 years, retail or serving experience will be a strong asset).**

**A passion for cannabis flowers will also be a strong asset.**

**We are looking for someone that can work weekends and evenings (until 8pm) and must be able to work at both Invermere and Radium Hot Springs stores.**
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills
- Possess personable skills (charismatic, likeable, attentive and get-along-with-everyone type)
- Have an energetic, positive and a can-do attitude toward customer satisfaction
- Work well within a team and get along with all coworkers
- Pay close attention when getting the order ready, handling cash and processing payment while maintaining a great customer service
- Be passionate about cannabis and ongoing training; continual learning is a big part of the job
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Be interested for long-term, year-round and permanent employment
