JOB SUMMARY

**Responsibilities**:

- Review process and issue wedding photo permits in accordance with established procedures;
- Provide re-direction to the public as to the department responsible for their queries/concerns;
- Assist in coordination the booking of Civic Centre meeting rooms (once open) for the internal and the Wedding Chapel in accordance with established procedures;
- Assist with booking appointments for Commissioner of Oath
- Assisting with print/mail services, including internal and external mail delivery, assistance with production of print materials;
- Assisting with administrative support for elections, claims, and secretariat services including the preparation of documents and files; and
- Other administrative tasks, as assigned.

Skills & Abilities
- Previous customer service experience and interest in civil services preferred
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint)
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence required with a satisfactory drivers abstract (0 demerit points, no more than 1 moving violation and no more than 1 non-moving violation)
- College or University Student Preferred
