The Opportunity.

Qualifications, competencies and experience.
- Advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) in Chemistry (organic or medicinal chemistry preferred), Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Virology or Genetics
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution
- A member in good standing with a provincial Law Society, preferably the Law Society of Ontario—not essential but considered a strong asset.
- Registered as a Canadian Patent Agent or in the process of completing the Patent Agent qualifications
- Strong written and oral communication in English. French language skills would be an asset.
