Rogue Processingis an approved supplier in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and soon to be Ontario.

- **Role and Responsibilities**_
- Cultivate customer relationships with provincial boards and key retail customer to actively promote and grow the Rogue Processing producer portfolio.
- Maintain and utilize information from our Customer Relationship Management software.
- Educating and exciting customers about our existing portfolio of cannabis products.
- Identify selling opportunities to increase incremental displays and promotional programs in store.
- Development of regional Key Accounts performance (Objectives and KPIs). This includes volume, distribution, and market share growth. The creation of customized sales solutions and the field level execution of all Key Account programs.
- Track and measure key account performance by banner. Present sales results and trends to both internal and external stakeholders while identifying opportunities in execution.
- Visit various suppliers and retailers within the assigned territory on a regular basis to:

- Maintain strong relationships
- Identify new opportunities to activate cannabis brands within retail environments
- Build a partnership with retailers to maximize distribution and visibility on behalf of clients
- Gather inventory, product, service, and industry feedback
- Maintain full working knowledge of client brand(s), activity, history, and products;
- Use market insights, customer and consumer feedback and an understanding of the competitive landscape to anticipate product preference and support Rogue Processing efforts in creating an effective innovation pipeline.
- Develop specific plans to ensure growth both in the long and short-term.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure best in class execution.
- Manage retail listings and track progress of retail trade programs.
- Work with internal stakeholders on product information, forecasting, costing, and pricing.
- Annualized and quarterly planning and objective setting to ensure corporate objectives are achieved.
- Taking orders at store level and communicating to distributor network to deliver.
- **Qualifications**_
- Experience in the cannabis industry.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Proven leadership qualities and habits.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to react and contribute to a changing environment.
- Ability to pivot constructively when faced with unplanned challenges.
- Experience with CRM software preferred.
- CannaReps training preferred.
- A clear understanding of legal engagement with respect to cannabis and what the consequences are for non-compliance.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales leadership within a packaged goods, beverage alcohol, pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Additional experience in marketing or trade marketing would be considered an asset.
- Superior communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation.
- Strong time management and organization skills with significant attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability of leveraging customer, consumer, and category data to develop fact based selling stories.
- The willingness to balance both office hours and in-market customer visits (up to 80% in field).
- Must have a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
