Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in food service management or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality food preparation.
