Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

• Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
• Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
• Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Business Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and innovation.
• Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
• Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of leadership and development.
• Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding business objectives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
