We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise office staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Coordinate and oversee administrative support activities, such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Handle budgeting and financial management tasks, including monitoring expenses and preparing reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage schedules and appointments for staff members

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent supervisory skills to manage a team of office staff
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and files
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
