STEMCELL, Canada’s largest biotech company, is looking for a new Business Analyst to join our growing team

This is a great opportunity to hone your business analysis skills by guiding business analysis strategies If you are a Tableau wizard and you are looking to utilize your analytical abilities to support various business groups and projects, we would like to hear from you

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain and improve existing reports, dashboards and advanced visualizations in Tableau
- Prepare insights for analysis to help identify the root cause of problems, deficiencies and/or gaps, and present business insights and recommendations as per business requirements

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with data visualization tools, especially Tableau, and ability to write SQL queries
- Experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keeping the end user needs at top of mind
- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work with teams cross functionally and globally
- Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals. Attention to detail, problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinking are also required
