Our IT Team is growing, and we have an opening for a **System Administrator** in our **Dartmouth Office**. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their IT career.

Initiative and a strong desire to learn is key to success in this role. You will be involved in all aspects of IT infrastructure, Security, and Azure IaaS Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Microsoft Azure IaaS and On-Premises Server & Storage environments
- Work with other members of our IT team to develop and build on secure infrastructure best practices.
- Manage Active Directory and Azure AD
- Continuous improvement of our secure backup & recovery strategy
- Manage Windows and Linux Servers and an RDS Farm deployment.
- Maintain a high level of availability for our key systems and operations.
- Provide level 2/3 support to assist our helpdesk in resolving endpoint issues.
- Perform maintenance and systems upgrades.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or other relevant education
- Must have 4-5 years of progressive experience in Windows System Administration
- Experience building & managing Azure servers & networking.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management on Microsoft Azure/365
- Experience with managing VMware hosts and storage
- Proven Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Experience with MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune
- Solid understanding of IT Security, Network, and authentication concepts
- Excellent communicator and strong customer service
- Have a passion to learn and adapt to new challenges.
