**Join us as our Sales & Operations Manager**

**In this position, you will**:

- Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and cultivate our company culture to your team.
- Work closely with the founder of the company and the other senior manager to plan, develop and execute the growth strategies for the company.
- Be enthusiastic about working for a rapidly growing, classic bootstrapped entrepreneurial company

**B2B Sales**
- Implement PIM software and pricing strategy
- Maintain and develop relationships with Titan Sales Representatives
- Run season buying programs to increase revenue
- Use QuickBooks effectively to generate report for AP/AR staff
- Organize materials and logistics for trade shows as needed

**B2C Sales**
- Maintain and develop relationships with 3rd party sellers
- Oversee the processing of all B2C orders
- Maintain and improve online product listings through PIM implementation, and work with eCommerce assistant to implement necessary changes
- Answer customer questions as necessary

**Planning & Forecasting**
- Periodically review costs to ensure profits are secure
- Review sales streams to compare profitability
- Forecast sales to communicate inventory needs to Warehouse & Inventory Manager

**Titan & eCommerce Brand Development**
- Contribute to the improvements being made by our Web Marketing contractors
- Understand how our KEAP CRM (customer relations management) software and campaigns work
- Oversee new Brand Ambassador relationships/Influencer campaigns

- Maturity, discernment and the ability to lead and manage other co-workers.
- Proactive, team player attitude and can maintain a calm and positive attitude within a multifaceted fast-paced atmosphere.
- Excellent listening & communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic technical and computer skills such as Excel, Word or other eCommerce apps, inventory databases, EDI (electronic data interchange) systems or have an aptitude for learning.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
- Prior experience working for large stores like Home Depot, Lowes, Rona, Home Hardware, Canadian Tire or similar type environment is an asset.
- A proficiency in French is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40.0 per week
