Bloom Tutoring is a local Windsor-Essex business dedicated to providing personalized educational support to students ranging from kindergarten to high school. Our goal is to help children and youth achieve their goals in a positive environment fostered by teachers who skillfully adapt to each individuals needs.

About the role

As a Social Media Marketing Associate Intern your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that will elevate our tutoring brand and drive business growth. You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that our brand message is communicated effectively and consistently across all platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth for our tutoring services
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events, that effectively promote our brand and services
- Aid in building social media policies, branding guidelines and both short and long-term marketing plans
- Collaborate to create engaging and visually appealing marketing materials and collateral that align with our brand guidelines
- Drive social media presence and engagement by creating and publishing relevant and compelling content across various platforms
- Manage and optimize the brand's online presence, social media channels, to ensure they are up-to-date and effectively represent our brand
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to recommend new and innovative marketing strategies for our brand

Location & commitments
- 3- month contract
- Part-time (8- 10 hours a week)
- Paid position : $15.60 to $19.00 an hour (negotiable)
- Onsite at Bloom Tutoring’s location with potential for hybrid
- Possess or working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing strategies
- Knowledge on how to create effective brand guidelines and marketing plans
- Some experience in brand marketing, preferably in the education or tutoring industry, is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly creative with a strong eye for design and branding
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or a willingness to learn as needed
