We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused **Customer Service and Collections Representatives** to join our team. As a **Customer Service and Collections Representative**, your primary mission is to monitor customer accounts, provide customer service regarding collection issues, and resolve client discrepancies.

**Job Details**:
**Train and work remotely from within Saskatchewan** This permanent full-time opportunity requires availability any five (5) days a week within operating business hours:

- Monday-Friday: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm CST
- Saturday: 7:00 am to 11:00 am CST
- Windows 10 (1803 or higher)
- 8GB RAM
- 500MB free storage
- Minimum 10mbps internet speed
- Webcam and headset

We offer a TAX-FREE equipment reimbursement program of up to $200.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recover funds on past due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
- Maintain positive customer relationships for increased retention
- Resolve disputes and complaints with exceptional customer service
- Accurately update and manage customer records in the billing system
- Contribute to departmental objectives for recovery, call quality, and productivity
- Collaborate across departments and demonstrate problem-solving skills
