As a Customer Service Representative at Massload Technologies, you will have the opportunity to engage with existing clients, follow up on leads, and close sales deals. You'll receive on-the-job training and the support of our experienced sales, engineering, and product specialist teams, contributing to the overall success of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Engage Actively with Existing Customers**: Proactively connect with current customers to comprehensively understand their needs and offer suitable product solutions.
- **Efficiently Deliver Sales Documentation**: Prepare and timely deliver sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to customers.
- **Provide Accurate and Timely Information**: Furnish customers with precise and timely details about product specifications, pricing, and product availability.
- **Cultivate Strong and Enduring Customer Relationships**: Nurture and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and diligent follow-up.
- **Collaborate with Support and Technical Teams**: Work closely with customer support and technical teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Leverage CRM Software**: Utilize CRM software to systematically track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and the progress of the sales pipeline.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven Sales Expertise**: Demonstrate a track record of at least 2 years in successful sales within a technical or industrial product environment.
- **Communication and Relationship-Building Skills**: Possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to establish strong rapport and trust with customers.
- **Self-Motivation and Team Collaboration**: Show self-motivation, goal-oriented focus, and the ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
- **Aptitude for Technology**: An ability to learn the technical aspects of our products and how they work - don’t work, on the job training is provided
- **Software Proficiency**: Display proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Effective Time Management**: Exhibit the capability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage your time.
- **Driver's License and Clean Record**: Maintain a valid driver's license and ensure a clean driving record.
- **Fluent English Communication**: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, either as a native speaker or bilingual proficiency.
