Primary responsibility is to serve as loan servicing point of contact for assigned Borrowers and Lenders on moderately complex Corporate and Commercial deals. With some supervision, deliver the highest level of service to agents, lenders, borrowers and internal business units while ensuring compliance with credit agreements, government regulations, and policies/procedures. Support processing of credit facility transactions into the system of record and workflow tools with quality control validations. Ensures all communication occurs timely and accurately. Monitor assigned credit facilities and loan accounts to ensure loan funding's, repayments, interest and fees comply with credit agreements, loan documentation, lender or borrower instructions, internal procedures, and approvals. Monitor and action past dues and reconciliation exceptions. May assist managers in performing quality assurance. The successful applicant will have a basic understanding of credit-related products and credit documentation.

**Responsibilities**
- Service loan requirements for a global and regional corporate and commercial credit portfolio, acting in agency, participant and sole lender roles
- Support the processing and reconciliation of loan accounting entries, commitment and loan records, loan statements, interest and fee billings, and wire accounts
- Review and adhere to credit legal documentation, corporate documents and policies and procedures
- Monitor/Support administrative duties, such as control reporting and records filing

**Qualifications**
- University degree with preference to finance or math and superior academic achievement
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Corporate and Commercial loan servicing and legal credit agreements is an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately act on detailed instructions under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Participate in and support collaborative efforts to advance tools and technology enhancements
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communications and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and flexibly adapt in a fast paced and challenging environment adjusting to evolving business needs
