**Property Manager Assistant - Commercial**

We are looking for a Property Manager Assistant focusing on primarily commercial properties and who would like to develop their skills by interning with a team of experienced and knowledgeable property managers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining records relating to buildings and tenants
- Maintain and track company’s maintenance program/database
- Assist with preparing and managing both operating and capital budgets
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Dealing with tenant issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with a team of property managers, building operations and administrative staff
- Monthly / quarterly reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Property Management Industry
- Familiar with Yardi Voyager and Building Engines software an asset
- Strong understanding of building systems
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to make good, analytical decisions
- Problem solver
- Ability to meet deadlines

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: One location
