RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) to perform routine Quality activities to assure GMP is followed at the site (e.g. cataloging/archiving Quality controlled documents, assembling of analytical data packages, QC lab housekeeping, 5S, _etc_.)
- Perform data entry, data gathering for performance/ trend analyses, transfer of information into effective templates or designated computerized systems, log and track samples in an accurate and orderly manner
- Support digitalization initiatives - maintenance and upgrade of electronic learning management systems
- Support activities for internal and external audits to assure documents are prepared and available in a timely manner for audit review
- Support environmental and utilities monitoring activities to assure cleanrooms and clean utilities are fit for clinical manufacturing (e.g. collect, transfer and/or test samples per schedule, assembling data for review and approval)
- Other tasks as assigned in support of day-to-day operations of the Quality Unit
- Must adhere to all Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) policies and procedures of Evonik
- Accessibility: occasional travel may be required to Evonik’s neighboring building 750 meters away
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS STUDENT ROLE
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about a career in the pharmaceutical industry
- In senior year of the current program (i.e., has completed a minimum of 1 school term that includes 300-level core program requirements)
- Proven success in managing changing priorities in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Project management training and/or experience is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, _etc_.)
