Evaluation & Reporting Trainee

As an Evaluation & Reporting Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting our data collection, feedback analysis, and reporting processes. Your responsibilities will include collecting and managing program data, designing and implementing surveys, analyzing participant feedback, and contributing to the creation of comprehensive program reports. You will work closely with program managers and the development director to ensure that our programs are informed by data-driven insights.
**Evaluation & Reporting Trainee Duties**:
1. Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect, organize, and maintain program data and participant information.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data collection methods, such as surveys, interviews, and observations.
2. Survey and Feedback Management:
- Create and administer surveys to program participants and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze feedback and input from program participants to assess program impact and effectiveness.
3. Report Writing:
- Support in the preparation of final program reports, including data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
- Assist in the drafting and editing of reports, ensuring they are clear, concise, and accurate.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other team members to share data and insights, ensuring effective teamwork.
- Communicate with program participants, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and information.
- Participate in meetings, providing updates on data collection and analysis progress.
**Qualifications**:
- **MUST reside in the GTA and identify as First Nations, Métis or Inuit.**:
- Experience or education in a related field (e.g., social sciences, nonprofit management).
- Strong organizational and data management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with survey design and data collection methods.
- Basic understanding of data visualization and reporting techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for the mission and values of the non-profit organization.
Pay: $40,194.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
