We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Process all invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure accurate and efficient data input adhering to established processes
- Prepare regular payments for assigned vendors
- Handle and resolve internal inquiries related to accounts payable, vendors and invoices
- Correspond with vendors to promptly resolve problems and discrepancies
- Accurately file all processed invoices and documentation
- Other accounting duties as required
- Provide support with other administrative functions as required

**About you**:

- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in an accounting capacity
- Attention to detail a must
- Team player & Initiative
