Role Overview
- Working closely internal Functional Leaders to help drive the successful management of Workday for dentalcorp
- Focus on building solutions to solve business problems and improve end user experience
- Configure and implement Business Process changes in Workday
- Work cross-functionally to ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, training and capabilities
- Governs data-accuracy within the system
- Support and backup the business’s Workday reporting SME, including having the ability to build and manage custom reports within Workday
- Evaluate the feasibility of system modifications and enhancements, and lead the review, analysis and implementation of vendor (WD) and internal (dc) initiated system updates and upgrades in consultation with dc IT
- Demo solutions to key business stakeholders
- Provide support by escalation for internal Workday users
- Administers and audits systems security ensuring users are granted only access for which they have been approved
- Create test scripts, document test scenarios and perform testing activities
- Tracks all inquiries/errors in the system; periodically analyzes the data to identify system trends; and reports to manager findings and recommendations for improvement
- Support regression testing and introduction of required changes as new Workday releases are introduced
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience with Human Capital Management System’s administration required, knowledge of Workday preferred
- Experience configuring Workday for HCM, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Expenses, Recruitment, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation modules
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into operational requirements
- Excellent business process fluency, with a strong ability to discuss processes at a level of detail sufficient to gain insight into the underlying business problem or opportunity
- Demonstrated experience in Workday implementation or post-production environment as a primary technical resource
- Workday certified training or commensurate experience
- Strong HR acumen
- Understanding of HR business processes and operations required
