Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Realtor Administrator to join our family orientated Brokerage. As a Realtor Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Realtors at this Brokerage with the administrative side of buying, selling, and renting properties. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, like a tight knit working environment, and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with realtors to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist realtor with administrative paperwork related to buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Manage property listings and sale documents, essentially, providing administrative support for real estate transactions
- Maintain knowledge of the local real estate market trends
- Assist with brokerage social media and video campaigns
- Keep the office clean and organized for the realtors and their clients

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in the real estate processes
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus but not essential
- Familiarity with graphic design
- Familiarity with social media campaign design and processes

Pay: $16.55-$24.19 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
