Geransky Bros Construction, a leader in residential concrete foundations, is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will be reporting directly to the Office Manager, but will also be collaborating with the executive team as a whole.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
- **Sales**: Greeting clients, taking customer gravel/topsoil orders, complete credit card payments.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Handling mail, maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- **Accounting Data entry**: Match purchase orders to corresponding invoicing and enter in Quick Books, as well as petty cash reconciliation.
- **Safety Project Assistance**: Assist in safety initiatives by conducting research, preparing reports, purchasing PPE, and coordinating with various teams.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications and interactions.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- **Prioritization and Time Management**: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests efficiently, ensuring the executive's schedule runs smoothly.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Exceptional Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a team environment.
- **Excellent Communication**: Cheerful presence, with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
- **Discretion and Professionalism**: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- **Adaptability and Problem-Solving**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and proactively resolve issues or challenges.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail in administrative tasks, document preparation, and data management.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an executive support role or administrative capacity is required.
