**Who**is** Native Shoes looking for?**

We are looking for a dynamic Partnerships Marketing Manager to build and lead our affiliate and influencer programs from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a high-impact strategy, cultivate key relationships, and drive measurable business growth while expanding our brand’s reach to new audiences. If you're passionate about forging powerful partnerships, crafting innovative campaigns, and making a real impact, this role offers the perfect blend of strategy, creativity, and leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
- Identify, recruit, and manage new affiliate partners, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality traffic sources.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to continuously improve ROI.
- Audit and amplify affiliate networks/platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, CJ, ShareASale, LTK, Shopmy, Lobby).
- Create and manage influencer marketing campaigns, from recruitment to performance tracking.
- Develop long-term partnerships with micro and macro influencers aligned with our brand values.
- Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and deliverables with influencers.
- Lead negotiations, partnership structuring, and execution of joint marketing initiatives.
- Liase with PR firm and social media manager to drive outcomes.

**Preferred Experience**
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, affiliate, or partnership marketing (DTC, eCommerce, or SaaS experience preferred); ideally with a fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Proven track record in affiliate program management with hands-on experience in affiliate networks.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and experience building long-term influencer relationships.
- Ability to identify and execute strategic brand partnerships that drive measurable business impact.
- Data-driven mindset—comfortable analyzing performance metrics and optimizing for results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
