**About the Opportunity**:
Hours of work are primarily Monday to Friday, day shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide Service Desk support.
- Perform desktop installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights.
- Document and communicate assigned work (helpdesk tickets) on a timely basis.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop, tablets, printers, computer peripheral, devices and telecommunication devices.

**More About You**:
To qualify for the role, you must have a high school diploma and preferably a college diploma, with a focus on computer, networking, help desk, etc. You will also need to have:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in IT service desk.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of computer systems, peripherals, and communications equipment.
- Working knowledge of computer networking and cabling infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Azure, MS Office, Teams, SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of managing and administering Active Directory.
- Positive attitude along with solid communication skills.
- Experience in deployment, optimization and troubleshooting of wired and wireless infrastructure.
- Experience with VMware software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated satisfactory attendance levels, work performance, disciplinary history, and positive work references.
