**Safety-Kleen, **(BPS,Bulk Product Services)a subsidiary of Clean Harborslocated in **Nepean, ON **is looking for a **Branch Administrator **to join its safety-conscious team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Create and update customer records for the Sales team.
- Prepare, process, and audit sales quotes, invoices, and contracts.
- Monitor progress and ensure quality of orders.
- Enter data into record keeping system(s).
- Responds to customer inquiries and/or complaints.
- Create proper shipping and billing documents, including manifests.
- Contact customers delinquent in payment and coordinate payments.
- Enter time of service Containerized Waste Service profiles into the tracking software.
- Respond to customer calls and direct concerns to appropriate account owner.
- Print and restock time of service in Sales and Service Representative’s folders.
- Enter sales leads into the tracking system.
**Requirements**:
- Safety mindset
- High School or equivalent
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Strong computer skills and a good foundation in Excel;
- Autonomy, organized and positive attitude;
- Must speak French and English

**Responsabilités**:
- Créer et mettre à jour les dossiers clients pour l'équipe des ventes.
- Préparer, traiter et auditer les devis de vente, les factures et les contrats.
- Suivre l'avancement et assurer la qualité des commandes.
- Entrer les données dans le(s) système(s) de tenue de registres.
- Répondre aux demandes et/ou aux plaintes des clients.
- Créez les documents d'expédition et de facturation appropriés, y compris les manifestes.
- Contacter les clients avec des retards et coordonner les paiements.
- Entrez les profils du service des déchets conteneurisés dans le logiciel de suivi.
- Répondre aux appels des clients et transmettre leurs préoccupations au gestionnaire du compte approprié.
- Imprimez et réapprovisionnez le temps de service dans les dossiers des représentants des ventes et du service.
- Entrez les prospects dans le système de suivi.

- Études secondaires ou équivalent
- Expérience : 1 à 3 ans
- Solides compétences en informatique et une bonne base en Excel ;
- Autonomie, attitude organisée et positive ;
- Vous devez parler Français et anglais
