**Business Analyst, Strategic Sourcing**

- Reporting to the Business Manager, Strategic Sourcing, this position is responsible for preparing analysis and presentations related to material cost and contract margins, financial forecasts, and compliance. This position will support the Business Manager in the monitoring and control of item pricing, validation of savings from Sourcing initiatives, and investigations into contract margin attainment.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Coordinate and generate data and analysis to support the following activities: compliance (Buy America, Buy Canada, USMCA), purchase price variance/material cost control, contract margin analysis, financial forecasts, and budget requirements.
- Support Sourcing staff in preparing analysis and projections on Strategic Sourcing initiatives.
- Maintain the Compliance registry for NFI Group Supply Management.
- Assist in coordination of the Supplier Risk Management process and reporting across the NFI Group.
- Facilitate and coordinate selected sourcing process improvements, activities, and projects.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- University or college degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, or Finance. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Prior experience with general Supply Management process and procedures.
- Knowledge of financial statements and accounting practices to effectively prepare forecasts, budgets, and other reports of Sourcing performance.
- Exceptional data gathering and analysis skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP data management system (Oracle, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent attention to detail and drive to produce accurate information.
- Less than 10% of travel is required._
