Office Manager and Accounting Clerk

**Position Overview**:
**What You’ll Do**:
- Manage Day-to-Day Office Functions: Oversee office operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily functioning.
- Billing & Invoicing: Run bills, send invoices to clients, and record payments accurately in accounting software.
- Accounts Management: Work with the bookkeeper to reconcile accounts, track receivables, and follow up with clients for timely payments.
- Payables Tracking: Monitor accounts payable, ensure payments are made on schedule, and properly record expenses.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly financial and operational reports to the management team.
- Mail & Correspondence: Route physical mail to appropriate recipients and manage accounts receivable/payable mailboxes efficiently.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: 3-5 years in office management, administration, and/or billing. Previous experience working in a law firm or a professional office environment is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Soluno (accounting), RBC Express (cash management), Power BI (reporting), and WagePoint (payroll) would be a strong advantage.
- Communication & Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to think ahead to anticipate office needs.
- Passion for Technology: A willingness to explore new technology and embrace the journey we are taking
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
