Procurement Specialist

We are a professional company engaged in the import and wholesale of food products, committed to providing high-quality international food products to the market. To further enhance our procurement system and supply chain management, we are now looking for a **Procurement Specialist** to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the procurement of imported food products based on company needs, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and maintain strong partnerships.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure the smooth implementation of procurement plans.
- Monitor market trends and periodically evaluate suppliers and products in terms of price, quality, and delivery time.
- Track the arrival of goods, coordinate logistics and warehousing to ensure timely delivery.
- Complete other procurement-related tasks assigned by superiors.
**Requirements**:
- A college degree or above, preferably in supply chain management, international trade, food science, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of procurement experience in the import food industry or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with international trade processes and knowledge of relevant food industry policies and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with excellent market analysis capabilities.
- Proficient in office software with strong data analysis abilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Mandarin is required.
