**Responsibilities**:

- Processing incoming wire and cheque payments, posting payments to client accounts
- Corresponding with clients to request missing information relating to incoming payments
- Corresponding with clients in order to answer client questions
- Investigate credits on client accounts and arrange for refunds to be sent when appropriate
- Print monthly statement of accounts and forward to clients
- Collaborate with manager and colleagues to improve existing procedures and gain efficiencies
- Performing other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Finance Department
- Establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with colleagues

**Qualifications, competencies and experience**:

- College Diploma or University degree preferred but not essential
- Related work experience in finance or in an administrative support role would be an asset
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook
- The ability to multitask and work in a high volume environment
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Highly motivated and proactive
