**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Greeting and assisting customers with their four-legged customers.
- Receiving, stocking and organizing inventories
- Operating cash register with POS System
- Maintaining store cleanliness & tidiness
- Manage a team of employees including but not limited to recruiting, scheduling, training, day-to-day assignment of tasks, supervision and coaching
- Operational Standards/Procedures ensure that all staff adhere to the standards and procedures
- Administrative activities coordinate order placements, and conduct regular cycle counts and keep inventory up to date.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the store.
- Business results coordinate efforts of store staff to achieve targeted results
- Other duties and tasks as required
- Training will be provided

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
- Passion for pets and people
- Warm and welcoming personality
- Strong customer service skills
- Passionate in learning about pet nutrition and care
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service and retail store management experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.50-$23.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Pet: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail Store Management: 1 year (required)
